Excellence in Construction – The University of Oregon Football Operations Building Project

The CasX is as architecturally sensitive of a project as there can be. The client has the highest of standards for the Ducks football programs new state of the art 130,000 sqft operations building that will be unsurpassed in the nation. This building features high end locker, position, team and media rooms coupled with a lobby and reception area. There is also a weight room, running track and many offices for football operations. The upper floor will house a players' lounge, recruiting center and areas to accommodate NFL scouts. We are using BIM and Trimble to meet the high demands and fast pace of this project The Len Casanova Center Expansion is a new 130,000sf state-of-the-art facility, designed to center around the football programs operations. This architecturally unique project has some distinct features most of which will not be revealed until the grand opening in summer of 2012; however, the facility is destined to exceed all expectations and set a new standard among athletic complexes nationwide. This building features high end locker, position, team and media rooms coupled with a lobby and reception area. There is also a weight room, running track and many offices for football operations. The upper floor will house a players' lounge, recruiting center and areas to accommodate NFL scouts. Hydro-Temp brings BIM (Building Information Modeling) and Trimble to this project, in order to achieve project goals with the highest level of efficiency and accuracyFor some projects we work to make dreams come true. Such is the case with the Hatfield-Dowlin complex, in which we realized the dreams of football coaches, architects, and visionaries to create the most architecturally stunning, technically advanced, purpose built, results driven sports training facility on planet Earth located here in Oregon. Our contribution to this project won the Eagle award for Excellence in Construction.
